The Joy of iPhotos - Part 2
In Part 1, we covered how to search for a photo, add captions to receipts, and take before pictures. Here are three more ways to enjoy your photo library and spend less time scrolling through it.
FAVORITE THE KEEPERS: Your best pictures should always be one tap away.
Open a photo you love.
Tap the heart.
Find it later in your Favorites album.
MAKE AN ALBUM FOR EACH PROJECT: Albums are not only for vacations. Create one for a home repair, a set of receipts, or the paperwork for someone you are helping.
Select the photos.
Tap the Share button or the More button (the three dots).
Choose Add to Album.
Give the album a clear name such as "Kitchen Repair 2026."
SHARE AN ALBUM WITH FAMILY: A Shared Album lets relatives see the same photos and add their own, without a long group text. It is a simple way to keep everyone updated on a new baby, a trip, or a loved one's recovery.
Create a new Shared Album.
Invite people from your contacts.
Add your photos.
Small habits like these turn your photo library into a place you enjoy visiting. Your future self will thank you!
