About
Jaime A. Huffman, MPH, EdS
Educator · Caregiver · Early adopter
I help you use the tech you already own to save time and take better care of yourself, your family, and even your pets.
“Tech should make your life easier, not harder.”
What you'll find here
Three things I think about every day.
Making life easier with what you own
Your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac can track what matters and take work off your plate. I show you how.
Passing on what I've learned
Good people took the time to teach me. I share what I've learned so it can help you on your own journey.
Showing how simple it has become
Few people know how easy it now is to get a phone or computer to do what they want. We have come a long way.
How I work
I test it first, so you don't have to.
I'm an early adopter. I try new tools as they arrive and run into the bumps and hiccups that make most people give up. Then I bring you the version that works.
- Simplicity comes first. If a setup takes more effort than it saves, I won't recommend it.
- You get the shortcut itself. When I recommend a shortcut, I give it to you with a detailed explanation and, often, a setup video.
- Sometimes paper is better. I'll tell you when analog wins, and when to keep a backup.
- No jargon. No overwhelm. Plain steps you can follow the first time.
Where this comes from
An educator at heart.
I have advanced degrees in public health and education and decades of experience in health and wellness education, leadership, and caregiving.
My best lessons didn't come from a boardroom. They came from being exhausted at 2am trying to keep track of medications. That is the kind of real-life help you'll find here.
